Overview

Creator tags let you label each creator with characteristics that matter to your brand. Tag by niche, content style, audience segment, or any custom criteria. Tags help you keep your database tidy and make campaign planning quicker.

Why use tags

  • Quick filtering so you find the right creators in seconds

  • Smarter campaigns by grouping similar creators for targeted briefs

  • Team alignment through a common vocabulary

  • Easy reporting with performance rolled up by tag

How to create a tag

  1. Go to Database in the left navigation

  2. Click Creator Tags at the top of the page

  3. Choose New Tag

  4. Give the tag a name and add optional details or notes

  5. Select Save

How to apply a tag to creators

  1. Open the Creators table in Database

  2. Select one or many creators using the check boxes

  3. Click Tag in the bulk actions bar

  4. Pick an existing tag or type a new one

  5. Hit Apply. The tag now shows in the creator row

Filtering with tags

Use the Tags filter on the Database page to narrow results. Combine multiple tags to build laser focused creator lists that you can export or send straight into campaigns.

Example tag ideas

  • Faceless content

  • Health pros

  • Top performers Q2

  • Gifted only

Best practices

  • Keep tag names short and consistent

  • Use singular form to avoid duplicates

  • Stack tags (for example Beauty plus Top performers) for fine grained segments

  • Review tags each month to merge or archive any that you no longer need
