Feature overview
Auto-Generate lets your brand pull Spark Codes for every TikTok post in a campaign with a single creator permission. Switch it on once, then generate codes in bulk whenever you need them, no back-and-forth with creators.
How to turn it on
Go to CRM → Creator Posts
On the top right, click on More Actions.
Check Mass-generate Spark Codes.
All Set.
Request permission from creators who still need it
In Creator Posts, click Request Authorization.
Tick the creators marked Needs Access.
Click Send.
Growi emails each creator a reconnect link and shows their status as Pending. When a creator reconnects TikTok, the status changes to Authorized. Run Bulk Generate again to create codes for their posts.
Emails you will see
Spark Code Generation Complete – All selected posts received codes.
Spark Code Generation Action Needed – Some posts missed; Growi has emailed the creators.
Needs Spark Code access – Sent to each creator with a reconnect button.

Do future videos get codes automatically?
Run Bulk Generate whenever you want new codes. No extra permissions are required once a creator is authorized.
What if a creator never reconnects?
Message the creator and ask them to do it.
