Brands on Growi can give you a personal discount code to use on your own order in their Shopify store, for example 100% off one order, or $25 toward a restock. This is a thank-you for you, not a code to share with your audience.

Where to find your code
Email: When the brand creates the code you get an email from Growi with the code, the discount, the expiry date, and a button to the brand's store.
Your dashboard: Open the brand's campaign under Campaigns and look for Your discount codes on the Overview tab. Active codes also show on your Growi home page.
How to use it
Click Copy code in your dashboard or copy it from the email.
Click Shop now (or go to the brand's store) and add what you want to your cart.
At checkout, paste the code into the discount code field and apply it.
Complete the order. Once it goes through, the code shows as Used in your dashboard.
Important: Each code works exactly once. Put everything you want into a single order before you check out. If the code is 100% off, that covers the products; shipping may still be charged depending on the brand's store settings. |
If the code does not work
"Discount code isn't valid": Check the expiry date in your dashboard. Expired and revoked codes cannot be used. Also make sure you are on the brand's own store, not a marketplace like Amazon or TikTok Shop.
The discount is smaller than expected: Some codes only apply to certain products or collections. Items outside that scope are charged at full price.
Another discount was removed when I applied it: The brand chose whether this code can stack with other offers. If it cannot, Shopify keeps only one.
The code shows as Used but I have not ordered: Contact the brand. They can revoke it and send you a new one.
Does using it affect my earnings?
No. Orders placed with a brand's discount code are your own purchases and are not counted as affiliate sales, so nothing changes in your payouts.
