If you’re a brand owner who was invited under an agency account, you’ll still need to set up your own payouts so creators can get paid properly.
Here’s how to do it — it only takes a minute:
✅ Step-by-Step: Set Up Your Payouts
Go to the Payouts Page
Navigate to your Growi dashboard and click into the Payouts section. You’ll see a screen like this:
Click “Set Up Payouts”
Hit the purple button to get started. A drawer will pop out on the right.Add Your Email
Enter your email address — this is where you’ll receive payout setup instructions and confirmations.
Link Your Bank Account
After entering your email, you’ll be prompted to link your bank account. This is where funds will be pulled from when paying creators.Add Balance
You’ll need to add a balance to your payout account to start sending payments. You can top up as needed at any time.
