When would I use this?
Once your creators have completed posts or hit their campaign milestones, it's time to pay them. Growi gives you three ways to do this: use your pre-funded balance (the fastest option), charge your bank account via ACH, or pay by card. You can pay a single creator or select multiple and pay them all in one go.
This is the core payout flow you'll use on a regular basis — whether you're doing weekly payouts, end-of-campaign settlements, or one-off payments.
How to pay creators
Step 1 — Go to Pay Creators
In the left sidebar, scroll to the CRM section and click Pay Creators. This is your main payout hub where all your creators and their outstanding invoices live.
Step 2 — Select the creator(s) you want to pay
You'll see a list of all your creators with their payout details. Check the checkbox on the left side of any creator row to select them. You can select one creator or as many as you need — there's no limit.
Use the search bar at the top if you're looking for a specific creator by name.
Step 3 — Click Pay in the action bar
Once you've selected one or more creators, a floating action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. It shows how many creators you've selected and gives you options to Pay, Cancel, Update Tags, or Reset. Click Pay.
Step 4 — Choose your payment method
A modal will appear asking how you'd like to process this payout. You have four options:
Pay with Balance — Uses the funds already in your Growi account. This is the fastest option and processes instantly.
Pay with ACH — Charges your linked bank account directly. No fee, but takes 3–5 business days to settle.
Pay with Credit Card — Charges your card immediately. Settles instantly but a 3% fee applies.
Manually mark as paid — Use this only if you already paid the creator outside of Growi (e.g. wire, PayPal).
Step 5 — Confirm
Select your preferred method and confirm. The payout will be processed and the creator's invoice status will update automatically to reflect the payment.
Processing times at a glance
Balance: Instant.
Credit / Debit Card: Settles immediately. 3% fee applies.
ACH (bank transfer): 3–5 business days. No fee.
💡 Tip: If you're paying a large group of creators, paying with Balance is the fastest and smoothest experience. Make sure you've topped up your balance first
