When would I use this?
If you're running a campaign with a large roster of creators, paying them one by one would take forever. Bulk payouts let you select as many creators as you want and send all their payments in a single action — saving your team a huge amount of time, especially at the end of a campaign cycle.
This works exactly like paying a single creator, just with multiple selected at once.
How to run a bulk payout
Step 1 — Go to Pay Creators
In the left sidebar, scroll to CRM and click Pay Creators.
Step 2 — Select multiple creators
To select every creator on the list at once, check the checkbox in the header row at the very top of the table. Or manually check individual creators if you only want to pay a specific group. The action bar at the bottom will show you exactly how many you've selected.
Step 3 — Click Pay
With your creators selected, click the Pay button in the floating action bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4 — Choose your payment method
The Select Payment Method modal will appear. Choose how you want to process the bulk payout:
Pay with Balance — Fastest option. Deducts from your pre-funded Growi balance instantly.
Pay with ACH — Charges your bank account. 0% fee but takes 3–5 business days to settle.
Pay with Credit Card — Processes immediately but a 3% fee applies across the total.
Step 5 — Confirm
Confirm your selection. All selected creators will be paid in one go and their invoice statuses will update automatically.
💡 Tip: Before running a bulk payout using Balance, make sure you have enough funds loaded. To check, look at the Available Balance amount at the top of the Pay Creators page.
