How to Create a Collect Leads Campaign

A Collect Leads campaign is used when your primary goal is growing your email list or audience β€” not tracking content or managing creator payouts. This is the simplest campaign type on Growi and can be set up on a single page.

Step 1: Open the Campaign Builder

  1. Log in to your Growi account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Onboard Creators, then select Campaigns.

  3. In the top right corner, click Add campaign.

  4. A prompt will appear asking you to choose a campaign type. Select Collect Leads.

  5. Click Continue.

Step 2: Choose Social Channels to Track

Select the platforms you want to track creator content on. You can select multiple.

Content Submissions

Creators upload content directly to Growi.

Step 3: Name Your Campaign

In the Campaign Name field, enter the name of your campaign. This name is visible to creators when they apply, so make it clear and descriptive.

Step 4: Add Campaign Content

Fill in the three content tabs to give creators all the information they need.

List the criteria a creator must meet to be eligible.

Disqualifications

List anything that would prevent a creator from being accepted.

Step 5: Set a Campaign Budget (Optional)

If you want to cap the total spend for this campaign, enter an amount in the Campaign Budget field. This is optional and for your internal tracking only.

Step 6: Configure Advanced Settings (Optional)

Click Advanced to expand additional options. These are all optional and can be enabled based on your needs.

Automatically assigns a Discord role when a creator is approved.

Auto-create private Discord channel

Creates a private channel between your team and the creator on approval.

Require creator address

Creators must provide a mailing address before joining.

Require creator phone number

Creators must provide a phone number before joining.

Enable tax ID collection

Creators are asked to provide their tax ID for tax reporting purposes.

Require contracts

Creators must sign a contract document when signing up.

Auto-approve social account applications

Social accounts submitted by creators are approved automatically.

Automatically Approve Creator Applications

All creator applications are approved automatically. Only enable this if you do not need to review applications manually.

Step 7: Launch Your Campaign

  1. Review all your settings on the page.

  2. When everything looks correct, click Launch Campaign (or the equivalent save button).

  3. Your campaign is now live and creators can be invited to join.

Note: After launching, you can invite creators by going to your Campaigns dashboard and clicking Add creators on the campaign card.
