Can I save a workflow as a template?
Yes. On the Nurture step (Step 3 of the workflow builder), click Save as Template in the bottom right corner. This saves your current trigger conditions and actions as a reusable template. Next time you create a workflow, you can load the template instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
How do I pause or edit a workflow after it is live?
Go to AI Workflows > Set Alerts in the left sidebar. Find the workflow in the list and click the three-dot menu on the far right side of that row. From the menu you can pause, edit, or archive the workflow.
How do I see which creators triggered a workflow?
Go to AI Workflows > Set Alerts and click the three-dot menu next to the workflow you want to check. Select View from the menu. Growi will show you a log of every creator who met the condition, what actions were triggered, and when.
Can I stack multiple trigger conditions?
Yes. On the Nurture step, click + AND condition to add a second condition. All conditions must be true at the same time for the workflow to fire. For example: Views >= 10,000 AND Engagement rate >= 5% AND GMV >= $500.
Why can I not see the Days until due date option?
This condition only appears when your workflow scope is set to a specific campaign or contract. If your scope is set to All creators or All data, this option is hidden because there is no due date to reference. Go back to the Scope step and select a specific campaign or contract, then return to Nurture — the option will appear.
Can I run the same workflow across multiple campaigns?
Yes. On the Scope step, you can select multiple campaigns or contracts from the dropdown when using the Campaign/Contract scope option. The workflow will apply to creators across all of them.
What is the difference between a Custom Alert and an SMS workflow?
Custom Alerts are condition-based — they fire automatically when a creator meets a trigger you define, such as hitting a view count or going inactive. SMS workflows are broadcast-based — you select a list of creators and send them a message immediately or on a scheduled date, without waiting for a condition to be met.
