How to View Payment Activity, Export, and Schedule Exports

Written by Growi

When would I use this?

The Activity tab is your full financial record inside Growi — every deposit, every payout, every fee, all in one place. You'll use this when you need to reconcile payments, share a report with your finance team, or give a brand a breakdown of what's been paid out and when.

You can export the data manually at any time as a CSV, or set up a scheduled export so it gets sent to your team automatically — daily, weekly, or monthly.

How to view your payment activity

Step 1 — Go to Pay Creators

In the left sidebar, scroll to CRM and click Pay Creators.

Step 2 — Click the Activity tab

At the top of the page, you'll see two tabs: Payouts and Activity. Click Activity.

Step 3 — Review your transaction log

You'll see a full log of every transaction on your account. Each row shows:

  • Date and time of the transaction.

  • Type — Deposit or Payout.

  • Status — Available, Paid, Pending.

  • Campaign or contract name.

  • Payment method used (Balance, Card, or External).

  • Creator name.

  • Amount and any fees charged.

At the top of the Activity tab, you'll also see three summary cards: your current Available Balance, Lifetime Deposits, and total amount Paid Out.

How to export your activity

Step 1 — Click Export

On the Activity tab, click the Export button in the top right area of the page.

Step 2 — Download your CSV

A CSV file will download instantly to your device with all your transaction data included.

How to schedule automatic exports

Step 1 — Click Schedule

On the Activity tab, click the Schedule button, which sits next to the Export button in the top right.

Step 2 — Set up your schedule

A New Schedule panel will open. Fill in the following:

  • Export Name — Give it a name your team will recognise, like 'Weekly Payout Report' or 'Finance Team Monthly Export'.

  • Frequency — Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly depending on how often you need the report.

  • Day of Week — If you chose Weekly, pick which day the export should go out.

  • Recipients — Add the email addresses of everyone who should receive the CSV.

Step 3 — Click Create Schedule

Click Create Schedule. From that point on, recipients will automatically receive the CSV export by email at the scheduled time — no manual work needed.

💡 Tip: Scheduled exports are ideal for finance teams or brand partners who need regular payment reporting. You can create multiple schedules for different teams or frequencies.
