What is a Collect Leads Campaign?
Unlike a General campaign, which tracks content, measures analytics, and pays out creators, a Collect Leads campaign is built purely for capturing creator data and growing your audience. When a creator joins, you can automatically collect:
Their address and phone number.
Their social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook).
Their tax ID (for tax reporting).
Their Discord account — and automatically add them to your Discord server with the right roles.
All of this flows directly into your Creator Database (CRM), ready for outreach, payouts, or future campaigns.
1. Creating a New Campaign
Navigate to the Campaigns Section: Go to Onboard Creators > Campaigns in the left sidebar.
Start a New Campaign: Click + Add Campaign.
Select the Campaign Type: In the Campaign type modal, choose Collect Leads ("Capture leads to grow your email list and audience").
Click Continue.
2. Choosing Your Social Channels
Select which platforms creators will link when they join:
TikTok
Instagram
YouTube
Twitter
Facebook
This determines which social accounts creators submit with their application, so select every platform where you want visibility into their presence.
3. Naming and Describing Your Campaign
Fill in the campaign basics:
Campaign Name: What creators will see when they join.
Description: Explain what the campaign is and what creators get out of it.
Qualifications / Disqualifications: Set expectations for who should (and shouldn't) apply.
Campaign Budget: Optional, if applicable.
4. Configuring Data Collection (Advanced Settings)
Under Advanced, toggle on the data you want to collect.
Contact & Identity Data
Option | What it does |
Require Creator Address | Creators must provide their address before joining. |
Require Creator Phone Number | Creators must provide their phone number before joining. |
Enable Tax ID Collection | Creators provide their tax ID, securely stored for generating tax forms. |
Discord Integration
Option | What it does |
Require the Creator to Link Their Discord Account | Creators must authorize Discord before joining. |
Automatically Add Discord Roles Upon Approval | Assigns role(s) to creators the moment they're approved. |
Automatically Create Private Channel Upon Approval | Spins up a private channel between your team and each creator, with team access controlled by role (and optionally placed under a specific category). |
Contracts
Option | What it does |
Require Contracts | Creators must sign a contract document when they sign up. |
Approval Automation
Option | What it does |
Auto-Approve Social Account Applications | Social accounts submitted by creators are approved automatically. |
Automatically Approve Creator Applications | Skips manual review entirely and approves every application. |
Note: Only enable Automatically Approve Creator Applications if you're 100% sure you don't need to review who's joining. |
Tip: For a pure lead-collection campaign, enabling auto-approve on both settings means creators can join, submit their data, and land in your CRM with zero manual work on your end. |
5. Creating and Sharing Your Campaign
Click Create Campaign. Your Collect Leads campaign is now live.
Share the campaign link with creators.
As creators join:
Their contact info, social accounts, and any required data are captured automatically.
They're added to your Discord server with the right roles (if enabled).
Everything syncs to your Creator Database, viewable under CRM > Creator Database.
Every creator who joins becomes a fully-enriched lead in your CRM, ready for your next campaign.
